AUTOMATIC REGULATION
The CATHOSOL can operate in two modes
: - Voltage regulation - Current regulation
It automatically changes between
one mode to another in function of the two parameters' setting
(2 potentiometers, Us and Is, in front panel) and of the impedance's
variation of the ground.
OPERATING'S AUTONOMY
The CATHOSOL is designed to operate on
battery without any control. The CATHOSOL is automatically
switched off in case of low battery voltage. In idle position,
its consumption is very low (< 20 mA). When the battery voltage
level recovers a adequate value, the CATHOSOL turns automatically
on.
