These regulators are needed for equipment that don't stand high voltage. Powered by a power supply with battery 24 or 25 lead cells, or 36, 38 cadmium-nickel cells, MANY devices can not support the voltage requested for the good charge of the battery.

Placed between the UTILISATION and the power supply, the serial regulator drops the voltage to a value that fits exactly with the system powered.

Whatever the voltage on the battery may be, the utilization is safe, and works in good condition.

The serial regulation provides more security and RELIABILITY than diodes in series or dc/dc converter.

Mono-phase 230V * 15% 50 or 60 Hz +/- 4%.
